Securities activities

Capital Markets.

Medigest is a key player in the bond market where it can rely on a broad and widespread network of partners and counterparts.

The company has its own Capital Market division and it trades on behalf of third parties and provides investment advisory to institutional clients.

The Capital Market team offers services such as financial advisory or the structuring and execution of bond issues to Corporate clients.

Wealth Management.

The Wealth Management activity is addressed to individuals, families, institutions and companies, and is divided into 2 main services:

•  Wealth Allocation Framework

•  Discretionary Asset Management.

The first service is a consulting activity evaluating the Client’s financial situation as an aggregate, both from an active and passive perspective. Correct asset allocation and prompt risk management allow to match the trends in the Client’s wealth to his/her real needs.

The second service is based on a Risk Analysis approach:

•  It precisely measures all potential sources of risk relating to the Client’s portfolio

• It works to minimize any negative occurrences, contextually obtaining the right return in the event of positive or neutral occurrences.

Laboratory.

Medigest laboratory specialised in FinTech & Quantitative Analyses for the economic and financial sector through:

Risk measures | Financial mathematics | Valuation of structured products and derivatives.

This division can also be viewed as a study unit conceptualizing and developing mathematical and financial contents with high added value.

Fund Selection.

Medigest follows 2 Fund selection approaches:

• It supports investors who are determined to invest in a particular alternative Asset Class, by promoting a qualitative and quantitative “beauty contest” inclusive of multiple analyses and tests

• It analyzes a specific Asset Class and the relative most outstanding asset managers, in order to introduce the Asset Class to potential institutional investors.

ESG has become an integral part of investment processes.

It is increasingly important that active asset managers integrate ESG factors in order to create long-term value for clients. Active capital allocation is a driver of change and can accelerate the pace at which innovations are adopted in areas that need it most, such as climate transition.

In Medigest we have hands-on experience in sustainability and we want to make all our clients embrace this mission for a better living, still making it a productive investment.
