Corporate Consulting.
SMEs and Start-ups with high technological and innovative content have been the main focus of Medigest’s Business Consulting activities for more than 10 years now.
Medigest’s mission is to help these entities in strengthening and growing their business, by identifying the most appropriate forms of financing for each single project, and where appropriate in spreading internationally.
Specifically, the Consulting Division works to:
• Define the business strategy
• Develop the business plan according to the strategy
• Search for funding and investors to Raise capital
• Program and Project management support.
With particular regard to Start-ups, over recent years Medigest has set up a team dedicated to raising capital through CROWDFUNDING and ICOs.
By applying a carefully designed approach, this division coordinates all the stages and activities of an ICO project: constantly developing its own network of specialised partners and professionals with the aim of delivering an integrated and thorough management of these projects.
Corporate Finance.
Medigest provides corporate financial and strategic consulting. It advises corporates on identifying financial resources as risk or debt capital.
In particular, the Corporate Finance division advises on:
• All corporate finance activities and specifically all extraordinary financial operations (including mergers and acquisitions to corporate restructuring)
• Structuring capital market operations (both primary and secondary markets), including IPOs.
